Project written in Java is connected to the one written in C++. Your task is to create a model of window-based application for
project selected as a C++ project. Your aim is ot Create forms, buttons, menu, panels, windows without core of the funcionality.

Requirements of the project:
- for 100% of points:

   console-based program with full functionality

   OR

   Model of window-based application with:
   MenuBar in the window.
   Additional information Window asking whether You are sure to close application (Do You really want to close. Yes. No)
   Program must have at least two separate self-made windows (different from Information window on close) (when second window is visible the first one should be blocked/frozen)
   ToolTipText's for button and form saying When You click this button it should do this and that...

- for 85% of points:

   Model of window-based application with:
   MenuBar in the window.
   Additional information Window asking whether You are sure to close application (Do You really want to close. Yes. No)

-  for 70% points:
   Model of window-based application.
